TERMS OF SERVICE:
• All artwork will be paid upfront. ONLY ON PAYPAL or CASH APP. Cash App preferred. No paying with gifts / gift cards. (Amazon, Discord Nitro, etc.)• I reserve a right to decline any commission request, without explanation. Please understand that if I deny your commission, it wasn't personal.• Artwork will be done on my own time. The rough time estimate is roughly between same day, and a week or two.• I ask that all references to the character(s) in the drawing are clear (no pixelation or JPEG artifacts), unshaded (flat colored), and include all necessary details. If you can't provide a good reference, then I will draw your character as I see fit, or even refund the commission entirely.• I highly encourage detailed references for your commission. This includes poses, sizes, etc. I will only fix parts of the drawing to a certain point, or unless it is obviously my own fault. (ex. a character missing a certain pattern or accessory.) If entire resketches are needed, I will charge extra.

• Customs / Creating new characters
(Also extends to redesigning characters)
• Reproduce someone else's art style
REFUND POLICY:
• If you need a refund before I complete the commission, ask. Before I complete your commission, you are totally within your right to ask for a refund. After my side of the commission is completed, do not ask for a refund, as I can't give one.
USAGE & REPOSTING:
TL;DR: My art is NOT to be used in training AI or used as prompts. My art is not to be used in NFT's. Do not trace, alter, or repost my art as your own.
• I ask that none of my art is to be altered in any way. This includes adding text, removing my signature, or tracing my art.• I may use the art that I draw for you in my own examples or advertisements. If you are not okay with that, please tell me.
