TERMS OF SERVICE:

• All artwork will be paid 50% upfront, 50% after I finish. ONLY ON PAYPAL or CASHAPP. No paying w/ Discord Nitro or giftcards.• I reserve a right to decline any commission request, without explanation or not.• If you ask for something that makes me uncomfortable, or is simply beyond my skillset, I can potentially deny your commission request.• Artwork will be done on my own time, the rough time estimate is roughly between same day, and a week.• I ask that all references to the character(s) in the drawing are clear (non pixelated), unshaded (flat colored), and include all necessary details. If you can't provide a good ref, then I might cancel your commission, or I will draw your character as I see fit.• References to exactly what you want in the commission is extremely encouraged. I will only start fixing certain parts of the drawing to a certain point, or unless it is obviously my own fault. (ex. a character missing a certain pattern or accessory.) If entire resketches are needed, I will charge extra.

• Characters that are known to be underage / described to be so.
• Customs (describing a character and then drawing it for you)

REFUND POLICY:

• REFUND POLICY: Refunds are not allowed until a month within you paid your first 50%. If I'm not done within a month, refunds are allowed.• Completed art pieces are not eligible for refunds.

USAGE & REPOSTING:

• I ask that none of my art is to be altered in any way. This includes adding text, removing my signature, or tracing my art.• I may sometimes use the art that I drew for you in my own examples or advertisements. If you are not okay with that, please tell me.• You are allowed to reupload the art that I have made for you on any platform, but you must credit me when available.• You are allowed to use my art in banners or icons, but I ask that clear credit is present.• My art is to not be used as NFTs or used in training AI.
